2) Shipping โ Ground items ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Freight items will ship within 3 business days unless we contact you to give us more days if we have a delay on your order. All packages will have a signature required.
- Damage โ If your item arrives damaged contact us immediately to receive a replacement or refund.
- Preset shipping costs only apply to deliveries within the continental United States. We donโt ship internationally.
- Freight โ All freight items are delivered outside/curbside. Delivery of freight items to residences, limited truck access, inside, or up/downstairs includes additional fees and must be arranged with your salesperson before you place the order for an extra cost.
