    Item Description: This is item turns on and has a message that come up saying “Advisory 1150, Backup power service needed”. We don’t have enough knowledge to fully test this unit so we would recommend having it checked by a technician and for that message that pops up. We don’t give warranty for this listing and not accepting returns. Overall the unit looks good and has some signs of usage on the plastics and foot pedal. We added pictures showing the details and picture of the message. Everything shown with the unit comes with it, a picture of the accessories will be added to the listing. This item is on hand and in stock. Please ask any questions and if you need additional pictures.

    Our working hours: We are open from Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, closed over the weekend and Federal holidays. All messages are answered within our work hours and orders are packed.

     

     

    Additional information: All items are carefully tested before we list them and we also do this before we pack/ ship them. No unit leaves our warehouse without testing it first, we take pictures and videos of this process, and we won’t ship a non-working unit to our customers. 

     

    Terms & Conditions of Sale

    By purchasing from Eyes Equipment Sales, LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

     

    1) Shipping: 

    Ground Shipping/ Express Shipping: 

    • We ship with FedEx Ground within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. 
    • All packages will have a signature required for safety reasons. 
    • If the buyer wishes to have their order shipped with fast services, they must inform us with time and will get a new shipping cost. 
    • Preset shipping costs only apply to deliveries within the continental United States. We don’t profit from shipping charges. 

    International Shipping:

    • We don’t ship internationally. International customers are responsible for setting up their own freight forwarding. 

    Freight Shipping:

    • For large/ heavy items or items with electric tables, we ship them in a pallet. We take 3 business days after payment has cleared to prepare and ship.
    • All freight companies deliver pallets outside/ curbside. They don’t do inside deliveries. 
    • Freight companies drivers are not responsible for any unpacking, disposing of materials, or any setup of instruments. 
    • If appointments or a call is needed before delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform us before we schedule pickups. 
    • Deliveries to residences or limited truck access include additional fees and must be arranged with your salesperson before you place the order for a new estimated cost.

    Shipping Damages:

    • We pack every order with care and are professionally packed but there is always a chance that items arrive damaged. 
    • Since these products contain delicate electronics and components, should there be any damage in shipping, contact us immediately.

     

    2) Payments/ Financing:

    • Payments must be received within 3 days. Unless notified, unpaid items will result in cancellation and relisted again.
    • We don’t hold onto unpaid items unless we receive a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
    • Our payment options are: checks, wire transfers, or credit/ debit card payments. We don’t accept PayPal.
    • We offer financing through a third-party loan company called Partners Capital Group, ask us for more information before purchasing.  

     

    3)  Additional Disclosure:

    • Please ask us any questions before you purchase. Do not purchase if you need any questions answered first. We will attempt to answer all your questions.
