Item Description: This equipment has been tested before listing and it is in excellent working order, the item is ready to use once it’s received. No additional steps are needed to make it work. It is cleaned and ready to be used. Everything shown with the unit comes with it, a picture of the accessories will be added to the listing. This item is on hand and in stock. The item has some signs of usage, we added pictures showing it.
Conditions: Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended.
Our working hours: We are open from Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, closed over the weekend and Federal holidays. All messages are answered within our work hours and orders are packed.
Additional information: All items are carefully tested before we list them and we also do this before we pack/ ship them. No unit leaves our warehouse without testing it first, we take pictures and videos of this process, and we won’t ship a non-working unit to our customers.

By purchasing from Eyes Equipment Sales, LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1) Returns/ Warranty:
Warranty: 30 days
- Our warranty starts when the package shows delivered.
- It’s the buyer’s responsibility to test the unit right away once received to ensure everything arrives safely.
- Our warranty covers any repairs and replacement (while supplies last) at no cost to our buyers. In case the unit needs to be shipped back to us, we will handle all shipping expenses.
- All items have a warranty as long as they stay in the USA. Warranty will be voided for international items.
- After the warranty you can still contact us and we will try to help. The buyer is responsible for repair and shipping expenses.
Warranty Sticker on Units:
- All of our working equipment will have a warranty sticker, if for whatever reason this sticker is taken off; the warranty will be void automatically. *** Please report to us first before you open the unit.***
Getting Started:
- Failure to install and use the equipment according to manufacturer specifications found in the user’s manual results in the void of the return policy and a forfeit of refund.
Refunds/ Returns:
- Refunds are calculated based on the original payment minus all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. If the item is dead on arrival (DOA) or damaged due to failure, shipment, etc., the 15% restocking fee won’t apply to you.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned product.
- No returns on items stated as “parts or not working” or described as ‘non-functional’.
2) Shipping:
Ground Shipping/ Express Shipping:
- We ship with FedEx Ground within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared.
- All packages will have a signature required for safety reasons.
- If the buyer wishes to have their order shipped with fast services, they must inform us with time and will get a new shipping cost.
- Preset shipping costs only apply to deliveries within the continental United States. We don’t profit from shipping charges.
International Shipping:
- We don’t ship internationally. International customers are responsible for setting up their own freight forwarding.
Freight Shipping:
- For large/ heavy items or items with electric tables, we ship them in a pallet. We take 3 business days after payment has cleared to prepare and ship.
- All freight companies deliver pallets outside/ curbside. They don’t do inside deliveries.
- Freight companies drivers are not responsible for any unpacking, disposing of materials, or any setup of instruments.
- If appointments or a call is needed before delivery, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform us before we schedule pickups.
- Deliveries to residences or limited truck access include additional fees and must be arranged with your salesperson before you place the order for a new estimated cost.
Shipping Damages:
- We pack every order with care and are professionally packed but there is always a chance that items arrive damaged.
- Since these products contain delicate electronics and components, should there be any damage in shipping, contact us immediately.
3) Payments/ Financing:
- Payments must be received within 3 days. Unless notified, unpaid items will result in cancellation and relisted again.
- We don’t hold onto unpaid items unless we receive a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable.
- Our payment options are: checks, wire transfers, or credit/ debit card payments. We don’t accept PayPal.
- We offer financing through a third-party loan company called Partners Capital Group, ask us for more information before purchasing.
