Item Description: This equipment has been tested multiple times and it is in good working order. Clean and calibrated. The optics are clean and the lamp is lubricated. Comes with what you see in the pictures. The item has some yellowish parts and visible signs of usage, please see all pictures carefully.
Comes with: a tonometer with a prism and power cable.
Conditions: Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended.

1) Returns: Accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Failure to install and use the equipment according to manufacturer specifications found in the user’s manual results in the void of the return policy and a forfeit of refund.
- Returns are calculated based on the original payment minus all shipping costs and a 15% restock fee. If the item is dead on arrival (DOA) or damaged due to failure, shipment, etc., the 15% restocking fee won’t apply to you.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of returned product.
- No returns on items ‘sold for parts’ or described as ‘non-functional’.
- All items have a warranty as long as they stay in the USA. Warranty will be voided for international items.
- All of our working equipment will have a warranty sticker, if for whatever reason this sticker is taken off; the warranty will be void automatically. *** Please report to us first before you open the unit.***
2) Shipping – Ground items ship within 2-3 business days after payment has cleared. Freight items will ship within 3 business days unless we contact you to give us more days if we have a delay on your order. All packages will have a signature required.
- Damage – If your item arrives damaged contact us immediately to receive a replacement or refund.
- Preset shipping costs only apply to deliveries within the continental United States. We don’t ship internationally.
- Freight – All freight items are delivered outside/curbside. Delivery of freight items to residences, limited truck access, inside, or up/downstairs includes additional fees and must be arranged with your salesperson before you place the order for an extra cost.
3) Software – Software and licensing are not included with your purchase unless specified in the product listing.
- Software compatibility and equipment installation are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Contact your product’s manufacturer or your technician with any questions about compatibility or installation.
4) Payment – Payments must be received within 7 days or your order will be canceled and relisted.
- We accept checks, wire transfers, or credit/ debit card payments.
- We also offer financing through a third-party loan company (Partners Capital Group).
- Contact us before you make the purchase so we can get you in contact with the loan company and get you financing promotions from them.
